Comfort food

I brought Ivan and Cheryl to my secret Thai hunt in Belconnen yesterday and boy, it was the most comforting dinner I had after the exams. There's this 家的感觉 with the dishes there that is so comforting...





Then the day before, I brought Kathryn to Tilley's for dinner and cakes. It was our super overdue dinner that we were supposed to have but thanks to school, neither of us had time to go out and sit down for a proper dinner. Anyway, it was good. Not as yummy as Thai food but the deserts there totally made up for it.




It was dimly lit so don't mind the over-exposed shots.

Next few days will be home-cooked food 'cos I have to finish all my rubbish before I embark on my road trip. Sian.
