It happened on my birthday.

I was at home when Karen (my opposite neighbor) knocked on my door. I wasn't appropriately dressed so I slipped into a tee and went over to her place to check out what she wanted.

To my surprise, she (and Chloe) bought me had a Strawberry tart (complete with a lit candle). It was absolutely sweet of them.

Upon receiving the tart, I leaned back onto the door and chatted to Karen for a bit. While we were chatting, my eyes wandered to a figure sitting on a chair with its back facing me. It was then I realized...

It's her. There's no doubt about it.

So there you have it - after almost 20 months of missing her, I finally saw her again...

And as my heart beats...
I know...
I still love her.

But if only she knows...
