1st week at work

[周杰倫 - 你听得到]

Sigh. My 5th day at work. So fast hor? 1 week liao. So, I've written 1 survey and 1 proposal paper. BUT... Both were sent back to me for re-editing (and no, not for spelling errors). A simple thing like a survey has at least ding-dong-ed 5 times. 5 fucking times. Horrible. I mean if there were factual errors that's fine. But my AD insists that "we shouldn't over promise". WTF?! It's just a survey. Take a chill man. People should know that nothing's concrete because it's a survey to find out more. What's worse is that he wants to brief the sample audience EVERYTHING about the project in the survey. SMLJ?! Surveys should be short and sweet, arh boh who wants to waste their time filling 'em? And I think he not very happy that I edited his entire draft of the survey (because it wasn't in active voice) so he edited the entire draft of my proposal paper. But that's just the suspicious me thinking. Maybe my writing really sucked. But seriously, what was supposed to be a simple task that should take no more than 2 days of writing and editing, took 4 days instead. In the end, we cannot submit to SD for approval today. People shouldn't micro-manage so much.

But for all the trouble that I'd been through, I managed to get a very useful and priceless information from another colleague who's nice enough to take the trouble to find it for me. Thanks dude!

I'm gym-ing in a while. *Super tired*
